DEVILED EGGS RECIPE

7 hard-boiled eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
salt and pepper
paprika, optional

1. Cut the 7 hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise.

2. Scoop yolks out of egg halves. Use a fork to crumble the egg yolks into a small bowl.

3.
Stir in mayonnaise and mustard; season to taste with salt and pepper.

4.
After mixing mayonnaise and egg yolk mixture together then add the mixture back to the middle of the scooped out egg whites.

5.
Sprinkle with a little paprika, if desired.
