PEAR WRAPS RECIPE
2 ripe pears
3 oz. bleu cheese, crumbled
1/4 lb. thinly sliced, baked ham cut into 1 inch wide strips
1/2 lemon
1.
Half and core pears.

Cut each pear lengthwise into 8 equal wedges.
3.
Rub cut surface with lemon to prevent discoloration.
4 .
Press a little cheese into cored cavity in each pear wedge.
5.
Wrap each wedge in ham strip. Secure each with a wooden toothpick
