SPICY STEAK STRIPS WITH NOODLES RECIPE

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs lean round steak
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1-8 oz tomato sauce
1 cup dry red wine
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
3 cups hot cooked egg noodles

1.
First partially freeze the round steak, trim fat from the steak. Slice the steak diagonally
across the grain into 1/4-inch strips. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place
over medium-high heat until hot. Add steak strips, chopped onion, and garlic; cook until
steak is browned. Drain and pat dry with paper towels.

2.
Return steak mixture to the skillet and add tomato sauce, red wine, vinegar, brown
sugar, ground cinnamon, salt, ground cloves, ground coriander, and red pepper flakes.
Bring the mixture to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 1 hour or until the
meat is tender. Stir occasionally.

3.
Serve over the hot cooked noodles.
