TASTY MEATLOAF RECIPE

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 small can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon ground sage
1 egg
3 slices white bread, torn into pieces or 1/2 cup dry quick oats
1 small onion, chopped
ketchup or barbeque sauce for topping the meatloaf

Heat oven to 350°.

In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients. Only add the oatmeal if mixture still seems to soft or
mushy. Spread in ungreased loaf pan.

Put in the preheated oven and cook for about 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove
meatloaf from oven after that time and check to see if the juices are running clear and meatloaf
is looking done. If so, add your favorite bbq sauce or ketchup to the top of the meatloaf. Put back
into the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until meat is cooked
all the way through.

Let stand 5 minutes; remove from pan. Serve hot with a side dish of
