BANANA CARAMEL PIE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
1 large ripe banana, sliced
1 9 inch prepared chocolate pie crust
2 cups cold milk
1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee
2 packages (4 serving size) white chocolate or vanilla instant pudding
1 tub (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping

Place banana slices on bottom of the prepared chocolate crumb
crust.

In a medium bowl mix together the milk and the coffee granules for 1 minute,
add instant pudding. Beat with a wire whisk for 1 minute. The mixture will be thick.
Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping.

3. Using a spatula, add the pudding mixture to the pie crust. Refrigerate for
3 hours.

Pour a small amount of the caramel ice cream topping into a serving plate
followed by a slice of the chilled pie. Add a spoonful of whipped topping to the top
of the pie. If desired, garnish with caramel topping just before serving.
