CHRISTMAS NOEL PIE RECIPE
1 (3 oz) package raspberry Jell-o
1 cup boiling water
1 cup crushed pineapples, drained
1 (16 oz) can cranberry sauce
1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
green food coloring
1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Dissolve Jell-o in boiling water. Refrigerate until slightly thickened.

Fold in cranberry sauce and pineapple. Pour into crust and chill until firm.

In a double boiler, melt marshmallows and milk; stir until smooth. Add vanilla and a few drops
of the green food coloring. Chill until thickened.

Fold in whipped cream. Spread over pie filling. Chill pie until firm.
