DIPPED COCONUT CANDY RECIPE
1 cup coconut
1 bag powdered sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 lb. block paraffin
2 (6 oz) packages chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans (if desired)

Mix coconut, powered sugar, and sweetened condensed milk together. Stir until
well blended. Wrap mixture up in wax paper and refrigerate overnight.

Melt 1/4 lb block paraffin and chocolate chips together. Add chopped pecan if desired.
Let chips melt completely and stir until smooth. Cut the chilled coconut mixture
into bite size pieces.

Using a toothpick, dip into the melted chocolate mixture. Place on wax paper for the
chocolate to harden.
