EASY ECLAIR DESSERT RECIPE


25-30 whole graham crackers
3 cups cold milk
2 packages vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
1 tub (8oz) whipped topping, thawed
1 can (16 oz) milk chocolate frosting

1.
Arrange graham crackers into the bottom of a 13x9x2 inch pan. Break crackers to fill
the bottom of the pan.

In a large bowl, add the pudding mixes and milk. Beat with wire whisk for 1 minute. Mixture will
be thick. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
Layer graham crackers again on the pudding mixture. Spread remaining half of pudding
on next layer of graham crackers. Top with additional graham crackers.

Remove the foil lid from the can of frosting. Microwave frosting in its original container
for 1 minute on high. Pour the melted frosting over the last graham cracker layer
spreading the frosting evenly.

4.
Refrigerate for 4 hours. Garnish with crumbled graham crackers and whipped topping when serving.
