FUDGE BROWNIE PIE 2 RECIPE
1 Package fudge brownie mix
1 cup cold milk
1 package chocolate instant pudding and pie filling
1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

Prepare brownie mix as directed on package. Bake in greased 9 inch pie pan for 40 minutes
or until done according to brownie package. Cool completely on a wire rack.

Scoop out the center of the brownie, using a spoon. Leave a 1 inch crust around the edge of the pan
and also a thin layer of brownie on bottom, save the brownie scraps for later.

In a medium bowl add milk and the pudding mix together. Beat with wire whisk until well blended.
Gently stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping and all but 1/4 cup reserved brownies. Using a spatula,
add this filling to the inside of the brownie crust. Top with remaining topping and
reserved 1/4 cup of brownies.

Refrigerate 3 hours or until ready to serve. Garnish as desired.
