WHITE CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE RECIPE

5 (1 ounce) squares white chocolate, chopped
3 tablespoons heavy cream
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipped cream
1 (9 inch) baked pie shell
1 (1 ounce) square white chocolate, melted

1.
In a medium saucepan, add 5 squares of chopped white chocolate to 3 tablespoons of heavy cream.
Stir on low heat just until the chocolate is melted.

Beat in softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Gently fold in the whipped cream until thoroughly blended.
Spoon this mixture into the crust.

3.
Melt remaining square of white chocolate. Drizzle this melted chocolate onto the top of the pie.
