IRISH COFFEE RECIPE

1 ounce Irish whiskey
1 teaspoon sugar
4 ounces hot coffee
dollop of whipped cream


Start by filling a coffee glass or mug with hot water then empty it
(to heat up the glass). Next add the coffee and sugar to the glass and
stir to melt sugar. Next whiskey, and then add the whipped cream
to the top of the drink. Serve immediately.
