FETTUCINE ALFREDO RECIPE

Ingredients:
1 stick of butter
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 lb fettuccine pasta
1 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste

Start by preparing the fettuccine according to the package directions. While fettuccine is
cooking, melt the butter in a separate sauce pan over low heat. After melting the butter,
remove from heat and add the heavy cream and also the grated parmesan. Mix well
until cheese is melted. Add back to the stove to heat thorough out while pasta finishes
cooking. Just warm this sauce, do not bring it to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and
pepper just until desired taste is reached. After the fettuccine is cooked, drain well.
Add the drained noodles to the creamy parmesan cheese sauce.
